Terms of Service


The following terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract (this "Agreement") between you (“you” or “your”) and Bespoke on Demand LLC, a Texas corporation that governs all use by you of the bespokeod.com website (the "Site") and the services available on or at the Site (taken together with the use of the Site, the "Services"). We’ll refer to Bespoke on Demand and all of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies collectively as "Bespokeod", "we", "our", "us", etc. Bespokeod is a print-on-demand company for businesses that that facilitate on-demand production and fulfillment of products such as tumblers, flasks, knives and other branded and/or personalized merchandise that incorporate user-provided text, graphics, or imagery ("Products")  Bespokeod white-label prints and dropships Products directly to you and your customers ("Customers").

The Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein. We also have other policies and procedures including, without limitation, Shipping, Return Policy, Privacy Policy and others. Those policies contain additional terms and conditions, which apply to the Services and are part of this Agreement. YOUR USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. FURTHERMORE, BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Site or any other Services.

Your use of certain Services may be subject to additional terms (“Supplemental Terms”) which will either be listed in these Terms as they may be revised or be presented for acceptance when you sign up to use the supplemental Service. If these Terms are inconsistent with the Supplemental Terms, the Supplemental Terms will control with respect to such Service. Any applicable Supplemental Terms are included within the definition of “Terms” as used herein.

These Terms do not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including any third party websites, services and applications (“Third Party Services”) that you may access through the Services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of Third Party Services and provide links to Third Party Services only for the convenience of our users. We encourage you to carefully review the terms of service of all Third Party Services you access through the site or services.


WE MAY CHANGE THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME. When we do so, we will make a new copy of the Terms available at this page and any new Supplemental Terms will be made available from within, or through, the affected service on the site. We will also update the “Last Revised” date above. If we make any material changes, and you have an Account with us, we will also send an e-mail to you at the e-mail address currently associated with your Account. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately for new users and thirty (30) days after posting notice of such changes on the site for existing users, provided that changes regarding how Orders are processed will be effective immediately for any new Order placed after we post the updated Terms (but will not affect any Orders in process as of the date such updated Terms are posted)

Age Requirement

IN ORDER TO USE THE SERVICES, YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Services), OR BE 13 OR OLDER AND HAVE YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN’S CONSENT. If you are a parent or guardian agreeing to these Terms for an individual between 13 and 18 years old, you are fully responsible for his or her use of the Services, and any legal liability that he or she may incur. The Services are not intended for anyone under age 13. If you are under age 13 you may not use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to do so, meet the requirements set forth in this provision, have the power to enter into a binding contract with us, and have not previously been barred from using the Services.


Return and Refund Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 weeks after the product has been received.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If the package was not returned to sender, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable) If you haven't registered an account and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Products lost in transit - If tracking shows delivered there is not much we can do but recommend asking your customer to please call their local post office to check and see if its there or possibly to check with the neighbors or family members to see if they picked it up by accident. If tracking shows the order is delivered and your customer still denies they received the order, we leave it up to you if you want to create an order on your store and have a new one shipped, but we can't take responsibility and reship it.

Size or product exchanges - Any order returns due so a customer ordering the wrong size or wrong product, are up to you as a business owner to deal with. We do not offer refunds or exchanges in those situations. If your customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

Product issues - Any product issues that we make we will fix free of charge. We can either fix the issue and resend a replacement order or offer you a full refund. To fix product issues simply send our support team an email with the subject as “product issue” at bespokeondemand@gmail.com along with:

  1. Your stores URL
  2. Your customers Name and Email on the order
  3. A picture of the product issue/wrong product sent
  4. The details on what product needs to be reshipped/correct replacement order

Damaged Product - If something arrives damaged, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Please send a photo of the damaged product to bespokeondemand@gmail.com along with:

  1. Your stores URL
  2. Your customers Name and Email on the order
  3. A picture of the damaged product
